This is an Air BNB for churches, non profits and corporate events. It's available to lease in 4 hour segments, month to month or up to 12 months (exclusive use). Walk in, set up your instruments and AV equipment and you're set to go. Owner will provide 90 chairs and bathroom products and utilities for short term leases. For exclusive use tenant will be responsible for utilities and bathroom supplies. Building offers a sanctuary with built in stage, built in AV desk and seating for around 150 people, 2 bathrooms, 2 classrooms, one of which has a kitchenette, foyer area. There is other classroom space available for lease if needed. Available for lease Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, Saturday afternoon/evening, any weekday evenings. Discount given for multiple uses in the week. Prices start at $250/weekday session and go up to $600 a session for Sunday mornings. Exclusive use for 12 months is available. Price on request.
